For the past four years I’ve been honored to serve our community as your Councilwoman for the City of Centennial. Since being elected in 2017, I’ve worked with community leaders, organizations, and individuals like yourself to successfully pass several ordinances into law to help improve lives across our city. With your support we’ve made Centennial one of Colorado’s most desired places to live, work, and play. While I am proud of all that we’ve accomplished together, our work is not over.
As of late, we are faced with new and unforeseen challenges that our young city has never faced before. The pandemic has created not only health care issues that need to continue to be addressed, but economic worries for so many. Now is the time that we need compassion, understanding, innovation, and experience to see us through to better days again.
I know that we can face the task ahead which is why I am seeking a second term to continue serving as Centennial’s Council Member for District IV. I’ve learned a lot these past four years. I’ve learned how to work with stakeholders, bring people together, and find solutions to local problems. Most of all I’ve learned that our community is strong and we pull together, even during tough times.
As a Military Daughter, Wife, and Mother, I know all about tough times and the strength to get through them. I will continue to bring the same passion, patience, and resolve in my service to our city in the years ahead.
I hope and ask for your continued support in the race this November. Please visit www.marloalston4citycouncil.com, consider making a contribution, and find out how to help in our journey today. With only a few months until election day, your support is urgently needed and greatly appreciated.
Thank you once again for your support these past four years and for your support the next four years. I know we will continue to do great things and move forward, together.
